Fewer clients, higher standards
We would rather maintain a tighter roster well than dilute service by chasing volume.
About M-Tex Cleaning
Small offices do not need a distant vendor. They need a cleaning partner who stays reachable, disciplined, and involved after the walkthrough is over.
Meet Octavio and Aurik
M-Tex Cleaning was built around a simple idea: small offices deserve more than a sales pitch followed by a disappearing act. Octavio and Aurik lead the business with direct involvement because accountability is part of the service, not a separate department.
Aurik brings the veteran background behind M-Tex's discipline and follow-through, and both owners stay close to the walkthrough, expectations, inspections, and follow-up so the service keeps its shape over time.
Why M-Tex Exists
Many cleaning vendors sell reliability, then drift into rotating crews, weak follow-up, and vague service standards. M-Tex was started to keep quality control, communication, and expectations closer to the work.
We would rather maintain a tighter roster well than dilute service by chasing volume.
Owner involvement is not decorative. It is how we protect consistency and follow-through.
If the expectations, scope, or service model are a poor fit, we would rather say so early.
Standards
At M-Tex, Aurik's veteran background shows up in planning, punctuality, follow-through, and respect for standards. Together, he and Octavio run the business with a practical operating standard, not a badge we expect people to trust on its own.
Best-Fit Clients
The strongest fit is a small office that wants recurring service, clean communication, and a vendor that still feels accountable once the agreement is in place.
Talk With the Owners
Start with a walkthrough. It gives us a chance to see the space, understand what matters, and decide if the fit is right on both sides.
